Terms of service

1. The service
CYAN ONE is software for recording and managing workplace inspections, observations, incidents, corrective actions, documents and reports. It helps people organise and evidence their work. It does not replace competent people, site supervision, permits to work, emergency procedures or professional advice, and a report or score from CYAN ONE is not a certification or a statement of legal compliance.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details and keep your password private. A company administrator controls who joins the company workspace and what they can see. You are responsible for what is recorded under your account.
3. Plans and payment
- Free: one person; recording and viewing on screen.
- Pro, Team and Business: paid monthly, quarterly or yearly in advance, as shown in Plan, billing & account. Reports and outputs, dashboards and company teams need a paid plan.
- New company workspaces may include a free trial. When a trial or paid period ends, a one-person workspace continues on Free; a team workspace becomes read-only until renewed. Your data is not deleted because of non-payment.
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice; paid periods already invoiced keep their price. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
4. Your data
Your company owns the records it creates. We process them only to provide CYAN ONE, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your reports at any time on a paid plan.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse CYAN ONE: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other companies’ data, no interference with the service, and no false safety reports.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep CYAN ONE available and backed up, but it is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance. We may improve or change features.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for CYAN ONE in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can stop using CYAN ONE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have jurisdiction.
